Cancellation Policy
Please note that if you wish to cancel your appointment, you must notify us within 24 hours of its scheduled start time. If you notify us after that period, you will be charged 30% of the appointment value, or you will forfeit your session if the appointment is part of a package. Additionally, all deposits for services are non-refundable.
